  • Rate Card & Campaign Module Update — Unified proposal management for Rate Card and Campaign. This release focuses on the Rate Card launch, with Campaign features enabled for core related functions only.

    • Partner — Updated Collaboration menu: Campaign-related modules are merged into Proposal Management. Supports uploading rate cards and proposal operations (view, accept/reject, counter-offer, contract signing, publish updates).
    • Brand — Updated Promotions menu: Added Rate Card Discovery and Proposal Management. Merchants can browse rate cards, submit proposals, manage contracts, payment, sample delivery, and launch confirmation. Paid Placement entry remains temporarily.
    • Process — Optimized business workflow: adjusted payment order; added contract signing and launch confirmation steps.
